Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Houzz account, navigate to 'Your Orders,' and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Select the reason for your return to generate a prepaid shipping label or receive instructions for freight pickups for larger furniture items.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts and manuals to ensure it arrives safely at the warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the seller receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
